KATHMANDU, Mar 1: Bishal Milan Kendra and Golden Gate College registered victories in the ongoing first Kwiks Men’s Basketball League on Wednesday.

In the first match, Milan Kendra beat Budhanilkantha Municipality 88-69. Milan Kendra led the first quarter 20-8, and the second 27-14, but trailed the third and the fourth sets 25-20, 25-21 respectively.
Likewise, Golden Gate defeated South Siders 76-63. In the tightly contested match, Golden Gate led the first quarter 24-17, but trailed second 14-13. The winning team fought back brilliantly to win the third quarter 22-16 and the fourth 17-16 to secure victory.
