KATHMANDU, Dec 24: Consensus has been reached on majority of the points of the eagerly awaited National Medical Education Bill, 2075.

Only two issues including the fate of the medical colleges that are above the ceiling of five colleges that the Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University have granted affiliation and about addressing the health classes run under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training still remain contentious in the Sub-committee formed under the parliamentary Education and Health Committee.
