Police said the 42-year-old Yonghang, who owned a shop at Chisapani, was abducted while he was heading to Jhapa along with Rs 400,000.
His decaying body was found with his hands tied, the police said. His body has been sent to a hospital in Morang’s Mangalbare for postmortem. The police said the culprits involved in his killing have not been identified yet.
