Indian National held with 15 kg silver

JANAKPUR, Aug 17: A border security force of Armed Police Force has held an Indian national with fifteen kg silver from Dhanusha based Aurahi Rural Municipality ward no 2 on Saturday.

JANAKPUR, Aug 17: A patrolling team of Armed Police Force has held an Indian national with fifteen kg silver from Aurahi Rural Municipality-2 of Dhanusha district on Saturday. 

 

Acting on a tip-off, Bandhu Singh, a resident of Madhubani, Jayanagar in Bihar, India was arrested by the team of security forces while he was crossing the border on a bike (Ja 8 Pa 9235). He was heading to India from Janakpur using the way of Deuri.

“The silver collected from the arrestee costs Rs 1.168 million according to market rate,” said the Inspector Surendra Jha of Dhanusha-based Armed Police Office.
