KATHMANDU, March 13: The ninth edition of HR Meet 2016 is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu on March 25-26.
Speaking at a press meet, officials of Growth Sellers Pvt Ltd -- the organizer of the event, said that the event will feature Deepak Babu Tiwari, joint president of Reliance Spinning Mills Ltd.

Similarly, Malavika Desai, a doctorate in Organizational Behavior and a psychologist experienced in understanding the needs and complexities of the human mind at work, and Ananda Munshi, one of the top motivational speakers in India and peak-performance experts and a true thought leader are other resource persons of the HR meet, according to the organizers.
Mohan Ojha, chairman of HR Meet Coordination Committee, on said in the press meet that the main objective of the meet was to spread awareness about Human Resources (HR), help unleash the potential of individuals and organizations, provide a common platform to learn, share experience, and to introduce new trends in HR, and celebrate human resources as the greatest form of capital and assets.
In the event which is being organized with the theme of 'Productivity through Employee Motivation', resource persons will interact with more than 250 participants from different sectors including, but not limited to, manufacturing industries, financial institutions, NGOs/INGOs, corporate houses, and government and semi-government authorities in order to encourage the participants to put forth their ideas. On the second day, participants will be segregated into a number of groups and relevant topic would be provided to them for discussion which would be shared by a team leader through presentation, according to Ojha.
"A team of panelist will provide remarks, comments and statements to the team leader and his team. Moreover, this year we have planned to forecast the overall outcome of HR Meet," he added.
