BARDIYA, Feb 3: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Friday arrested a forest guard while he was taking money in bribe.
A team of the anti-graft body held forest guard Shiva Kumar Yadav of Sector Forest Office, Mainapokhar for receiving Rs 7,000 in bribe today, SP Kuber Kadayat told Republica Online.

According to Kadayat, the anti-graft body is investigating the case after taking him into custody.
Yadav has accused that he was intentionally duped by those disgruntled officials over their transfer.
Earlier, District Forest Office, Bardiya had transferred forest guards Ananad Sah and Koshlendra Chaudhary to Sanoshree Sector Forest Office and Mainapokhar Sector Forest Office as chiefs respectively under the existing provision to transfer senior officials.
