PARBAT, April 28: Education Secretary Khagaraj Baral has taken over the guardianship of a five – year – old child.

Secretary Baral established his guardianship over Bibash, son of Binod and Radhika Lamichane, and got him admitted in grade one of Navajagrit secondary school located at Tilahar of Modi rural municipality – 6.
Baral said the government has launched the school admission campaign to protect the right to education of every child and urged everyone for support in the campaign.
On the occasion, Modi rural municipality's head, Prem Poudel, also established his guardianship over Sumit and Kopila Lamichane's son, Samit, and got him admitted in grade one.
Department of Education's Deputy Director, Narayan Prasad Subedi, also established his guardianship over Sabya, son of Ganesh and Samjhana GC, and had him admitted to the school. RSS
