Out of the four semifinalists, all three departmental teams - Nepal Police Club, Tibhuvan Army Club and Armed Police Force (APF) -- have made it to the last four besides Western Regional Volleyball Association.All three departmental teams finished the league round with six points each while Wester Region qualified with five points.
Police overcame Jawalakhel Club in straight set of 26-24, 25-19, 25-16 in the first match of the second day. Im Rana of Police was declared the man-of-the-match.
Western Region overcame Eastern Region in five sets. Similarly, APF edged past Dhorpatan Sports Club in straight sets of 25-13, 25-12, 25-19.
In other matches, Army beat Central Region 25-12, 25-14, 25-21 and APF overcame Jawalakhel 25-11, 25-15, 25-23.
