The boy, Rakesh Singh, is son of Krishna Dev Singh Danuwar, the central chairman of UCPN (Maoist)-affiliated Madheshi Mukti Morcha.
The police and the Maoists had used their best resources to trace the boy since his kidnapping. Police said he was found in Kalabanjar near Lahan.
