PARSA, Sept 8: Two youths have been arrested along with brown heroin amounting over Rs 5 million. The contraband was smuggled from India into the district.
Jayram Kumar Ram and Baleshwor Das Tharu of Sakhuwaprasani rural municipality-2 were taken under the police control from a hotel at New Buspark area in Birgunj.

They were paraded by the police today. Police confiscated 966 grams of brown heroin from them.
A police squad reached the hotel acting on a tip-off given by the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal.
