KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Nepali Congress's Gagan Thapa is leading Rajan Bhattarai during the vote count in Kathmandu's constituency-4. Earlier, Thapa was trailing behind Bhattarai.
Thapa has now secured 4,207 votes while Bhattarai has received 4,193.
