BEJHAD, Nov 16: Police here have arrested a youth on the charge of raping a seven-year-old girl at local Rampur. The arrestee is 22-year-old Kausar Alam of Dhangraul, Betiya, Bihar State of India who has been working as a daily wager in Rampur, the Area Police Office, Rampur stated.
