DAMAK, Jhapa, July 18: Two women have physically tortured a dalit woman accusing her of keeping illicit relationship with their father Gopi Bhattarai.
Bhattarai’s daughters Rekha and Pratima tortured the dalit woman (name withheld) by cutting her with blades and adding salt to the wounds. Police have arrested the two.
The victim is being treated in a hospital in Damak.
