DHARAN, Dec 7: Voting at Dharan sub metropolitan’s constituency-1 has restarted with vigor after a socket bomb terrorized voters earlier. At around 9:45 AM, an unidentified person had exploded the bomb at Chandra Sanskrit Higher Secondary School pooling booth.
The bomb had exploded around 100 meters away from the school’s compound wall. “This was done only to spread fear among voters. However, nothing has happened after the explosion,” Ramesh Paudel, DSP said.
Security has been further tightened after the incident.
