SIRAHA, June 4: Two persons riding a motorcycle (Sa 2 Pa 2499) were killed when it collided with a truck (Na 4 Kha 183) at Birta-2, Rampur of Siraha district along East West Highway on Friday.
Ajaya tamang, 35, and Maha Purna Tamang, 28, of Triyuga municipality-11 of Siraha were killed in the incident, SP Narayan Prasad Chimariya said.
Tamang duo died while undergoing treatment in a nursing home at Mirchaiya. Truck driver is in police custody.
