Tensions escalated at the Cambridge examination center in Tripureshwor when dissatisfied candidates confronted staff members over what they described as an abnormal outcome. A scuffle reportedly broke out between examinees and employees, prompting concern at the site.

As the crowd grew, police intervened and used loudspeakers to manage the situation and maintain order.

Protesters have demanded a re-examination and a fair review of the results. Some participants also expressed anger over reports that artificial intelligence may have been used in the evaluation process, although no official confirmation has been provided.
