BHAKTAPUR, Sept 22: Police have arrested a man on the charge of raping a 15-year-old mentally-challenged girl.
Raju Nepali, aged 40, who is a resident of Kapilvastu Buddhabhumi Municipality Ward No 3 and currently resides in Magar Gaun, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality Ward No 2, has been arrested, according to Metropolitan Police Circle Bhaktapur. Raju Pandey, information officer of the circle, said that he was arrested by a police team sent from Thimi police circle. Further investigation into the case is underway.
