Govt to provide residence for Madan Purashkar laureate Jhamak

KATHMANDU, Dec 8: The government has come up with a decision to provide Madan Purashkar laureate Jhamak Kumari Ghimire with residence in the capital city.

A meeting of the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PDAT) officials held here today in the presence of Minister for Cultural, Tourism and Civil Aviation Ananda Prasad Pokharel took the decision to arrange for residence to cerebral palsy-hit Ghimire in PADT's land in Gothatar.

Minister Pokharel today apprised Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of the decision while calling on the latter at his official residence in Baluwatar.

Ghimire, 34, was also present on the occasion. RSS
