KATHMANDU, March 5: Nepali Congress (NC) Leader Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar has been appointed as the Deputy Parliamentary Party leader on Monday. NC President appointed Gachchhadar to the post following his election as the PP leader.
Deuba was elected PP leader by defeating his rival Prakash Man Singh by 25 votes in the election held at the NC Parliamentary Party Office in Singha Dubar today.
Deuba garnered 44 votes while Singh got only 19 votes.
