JUMLA, Oct 19: Police have arrested eight people from Jumla Buspark and Tatopani rural municipality on the charge of gambling.
A squad from the District Police Office, Jumla on Friday caught them after they were informed about it said DSP Sitaram Rijal.
According to DSP Sitaram Rijal, they were held with a cash amount of 57 thousand.
All eight arrested are under police custody. They will be charged under the legal procedure, DSP Rijal further added.
