According to Hemanta Thapa, traffic police chief at Gajuri Traffic Police Office, the tipper heading to Baireni from Kathmandu, collided with a milk tanker (Ba 1 Ka 8466) en-route to Kathmandu from Gajuri at around 6:45 this morning.[break]
The deceased has not been identified yet as his body is trapped inside the tanker and couldn’t be taken out, police said.
The traffic movement of the highway has also been blocked as both the vehicles are lying in the middle of the road after the incident.
