LALITPUR, May 11: Smart lights are to be installed at the main roads of Lalitpur Metropolitan City (LMC) in order to create an environment to ease the movement of people as vehicles during the night.

KATHMANDU, May 11: The ward office of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6, in coordination with four other parties, reached an agreement to blacktop the Chabahil-Sankhu road section after the enraged locals protested against the delay in rebuilding the road on Thursday morning. The Bauddha Trade Association, local residents' group, Shree Tusal Youth Club and United Builders Pvt Ltd jointly signed the six-point agreement for blacktopping the Tusal-Bauddha road on Sunday.
