KATHMANDU, Sept 29: A pre-scheduled hearing on a case against the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Agni Sapkota, has been deferred again.

KATHMANDU, Sept 29: CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bhim Rawal said that structural methods are being searched to implement the 10 point agreement to resolve the internal issues of the party. Stating that the agreement has been implemented in many areas, Rawal said that the party is looking for structural methods.
