KATHMANDU, Nov 6: The government has prepared to transfer more than 50 joint secretaries as a part of inter-ministerial and inter-unit transfers. The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has submitted a proposal to the Council of Ministers to transfer at least 55 joint secretaries.

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: The National Planning Commission (NPC) has started discussions on the 16th National Plan on a provincial basis. According to the plan to go to all seven provinces, the NPC has formed separate teams and sent them for discussions.
