KATHMANDU, Oct 8: The Nepali Rupee fell to a historic low against the US dollar with Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) fixing the exchange rate at Rs 132.02 per dollar for Saturday.

KATHMANDU, Oct 3: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has sent new notes worth Rs 22 billion into the banking system for Dashain.

DAMAULI, Oct 3: The construction of the 140 MW Tanahun hydropower project at Rishing Rural Municipality-1 of Tanahun district has continued even during the public holidays of the Dashain festival. Construction works will halt only on Dashami, the main day of the festival, said the project chief Raj Bhai Silpakar.
