KATHMANDU, Sept 21: Major three parties organized a special ceremony to celebrate promulgation of the new constitution at Khula Manch in the capital on Monday. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala, UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal addressed the mass gathering. High-ranking officials from Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, Nepal Police and government officials also were present on the occasion.
