MAHAOTTARI, Aug 13: A wild tusker killed Kailash Raut, 45, of Bharatpur VDC-9 in the district on Tuesday morning.
The tusker attacked him when he was asleep at the yard of his own house, said Assistant Sub-Inspector at the Gushala Area Police Office, Bijay Bhandari. [break]
The tusker´s rampage was high in Sarlahi district till some days back and this time the wild beat is unleashing terror in human settlements in Mahottari district, according to the Area Police Office, Gaushala.
