KATHMANDU, Dec 11: Nepali Congress candidate, Shashanka Koirala has won to the member of House of Representatives from Nawalpur-1. He scored 37373 votes.
His immediate rival Bhabisor Parajuli of CPN (Maoist Center) garnered 32846 votes.
