Sanu Kanchhi Tamang has been roasting peanuts for a year (photo feature)

KATHMANDU, Dec 11: Sanu Kanchhi Tamang and her family started a shop to roast peanuts a year ago and now each member has their own responsibility.

Talking about the whole process, Tamang explains, “We get the peanuts from Sarlahi, and then my brother roasts it, all of us check if they are over-roasted or half-roasted, and then my father sells the peanuts to other vendors.”
