Rock climbing training to students

KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Mountaineering and Rock Climbing Sports Association Nepal on Tuesday started a two-day basic training for climbing at the National Sports Council (NSC) premises on Tuesday.

According to Meghraj Paudel, the general secretary of the association, the training was organized with the view to developing and promoting rock climbing at the school level.

Altogether 160 school level students including 84 boys and 76 girls from Kathmandu Pragya Kunja School are taking part in training. The training will conclude on Wednesday.
