KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Most of the traders were found opening their stalls at the market without any legal licenses when a monitoring team led under Investigation Officer Dipak Pokharel, Department of Commerce and Supply Management, visited Balkhu vegetable and fruit market today.
Likewise, Police have arrested Rabi Sah, a trader, who tried to offend during the investigation.
