NSU members stab four ANNFSU cadres

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: Four students affiliated with All Nepal National Free Students´ Union (ANNFSU) were injured on Sunday afternoon after a group of students affiliated with Nepal Students´ Union allegedly attacked them near Tri-Chandra College.



Chandra Mani Gaire, Abhishek Kharel, Umesh Acharya and Bishwanath Sharma were stabbed with Khukuris. They have been admitted to Kathmandu Model Hospital for treatment.



According to the police, they were attacked at a tea-shop in front of the college. ANNFSU students staged demonstrations in the campus after the incident. However, the police foiled their attempt to burn furniture and forced them out of the college premises.
