KATHMANDU, March 30: CG Impex has introduced two new models of Godrej refrigerators in the domestic market. The new models -- 190 PD and 190 PDS -- are equipped with edge pro technology.
According to Kusum Lama Yonjan, senior marketing executive of CG Impex, the refrigerators have features such as direct cool and dry store. The PDS model has an additional ´Stay Cool´ feature.[break]
The company said the 190-liter refrigerators are energy efficient as they have better door sealing, thicker insulation and highly efficient compressor.
These refrigerators can make ice 50 percent faster than other refrigerators of similar capacity. “They are perfect for our country where power cuts are frequent as they provide 24-hour cooling retention capacity,” said Yonjan.
The refrigerators come with mini as well as jumbo vegetable tray allowing 44 percent more space for vegetables than other refrigerators. Other features of the refrigerators include non-stick ice trays that can be used in microwave and shelves for chocolates and medicines, among others.
Both the models are available in Silver Matrix, Lush Silver and Lush Wine colors and are available in the price range of Rs 28,000 to Rs 30,000.
