Ganesh Thapa elected from Makawanpur

KATHMANDU, July 12: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) President Ganesh Thapa has been elected representative from Makawanpur for the upcoming ANFA general election.



Makawanpur District Football Association (DFA) elected Rajendra Shrestha as the president for four years. Twelve football clubs elected Shrestha unanimously as their president and Thapa was elected member of Makawanpur DFA. Thapa has already announced his candidacy for ANFA presidency.



Meanwhile, 13 football clubs unanimously re-elected Babukaji Basnet as the president of Dolakha DFA on Sunday.
