Those who died on the spot are Sita Rai, 35, of Rupatar VDC -8, Anita Raskoti, 22, of Ward No 6 of the VDC, Tek Man Rai, 40, and his son of Okhle-4, the police said.
Of the injured, four including Paras Khadka, 30, a teacher of Balmandir in Gaighat, and a resident of Rupatar-5, died while undergoing treatment in BPKIHS, Dharan, said DSP Moj Yadav.
Other injured are Geeta Fuyal Of Basaha VDC -3, Kopila Rai, 19 of Dikuwa, Khotang, and Kumari Rai, 20, of Lekhgaun -8, Udayapur.
All the three are in serious condition and are being treated in Dharan.
