KATHMANDU, Jan 24: A case has been filed against Senior Advocate Dinesh Tripathi. Dil Bahadur Rai filed a petition alleging that Tripathi had committed contempt of the Supreme Court.
Rai has demanded action against Tripathi, claiming that his remarks during a television interview insulted the court and the justices.
The Supreme Court has scheduled an initial hearing on the petition for Sunday.
