KATHMANDU, July 20: Representatives of diplomatic corps based in Kathmandu have expressed their concern over the country´s overall security situation while urging the government to take immediate and stringent measures to improve the law and order situation.
Speaking at a program organized by the Ministries of Home and Foreign Affairs to brief the diplomatic community about the security situation, they expressed concern over frequent road obstructions and protests.
“They expressed concern over overall security, including security of themselves,” said a senior government official present during the briefing.
