In a greetings message sent today, Chief Minister Gurung said may the festival encourage all of us to engross efforts towards building peaceful, prosperous and progressive Nepal through enhanced fraternity, love and mutual good will.
He expressed his confidence that the festival of color would help further strengthen national unity.
