KATHMANDU, March 26: The body of a newborn baby was found in the Balkhu River in front of the Malpot office in Kalanki, Kathmandu.
Locals informed the police after seeing the body. The police have just arrived at the scene.
It is not clear who dumped the body. Now the police are taking the body out of the river.
