AN EQUIVALENCE DREAM

I was born in a place
Where men were the head
And the women were tails
Where being female was a crime
And being male was fine

Day by day I wept and pleaded
To be heard and cherished with time
But my voice was pressed
And I was beaten and chased

After months I screamed
For the rights I beamed
But later I realized
That for what I did fight

Had already taken my life
I underwent a rebirth
And got what I deserved
I was blessed with all my rights

In the past I felt being a girl was being cursed
Now the thought reversed
So I apologized and thanked the god
Now I live a life with no pain and dine
And play my part in world
That no women would need rebirth to get their right in time.
