Along and aloud, sing this verse,

When, predicament drifts you in curse;

Cross your river a barefoot, and feel their earth beneath

For the same earth shall, your corpse, bequeath

Be no grass, blossom you must a bloom

Of grass longer may live, yet only flower they put, above your tomb;

And long long after, sing this verse

For demon, or god, may do their worse
