National Dignity Bill, 2079 BS to be tabled at parliament meeting on Tuesday

KATHMANDU, Oct 30: The meeting of the sub-committee formed by the Legislative Management Committee has decided to table the National Dignity Bill, 2079 BS in the upcoming parliament meeting on Tuesday.

In the meeting of the committee held at Singha Durbar on Monday, the sub-committee passed the bill and reached this decision after discussions in the committee meeting.

Jayanti Devi Rai, a member of CPN (Unified Socialist) and chairperson of the Committee, said that the meeting had decided to present the above report on National Dignity Bill, 2079 BS to the meeting of the National Assembly on Tuesday.

The National Dignity Bill, 2079 BS was discussed in the committee today. Narrating the decision of the committee after the discussions, she said that this bill should have been submitted earlier, but its presentation has been delayed. She said that the discussion was fruitful and the report of the bill will be tabled at the parliament meeting on Tuesday.
