CHITWAN, Nov 30: The much-awaited voting in the ongoing CPN-UML national general convention to elect the party’s new leadership began at 4 AM today--two hours later than the scheduled time-- as leaders continued preparation to secure their victory.

BALEWA, Nov 30: Two people died in a tractor accident at Balewa in Baglung district. The tractor (Dha 1 Cha 360) heading for Kushmishera from Kaiya of Narayansthan in Baglung Municipality-14 met with the accident at the Balewa-Kushmishera section of the Kaligandaki Corridor. The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed.
