CIB intercepts 33 kg 'smuggled' gold

KATHMANDU, Jan 6: Based on the intelligence provided by the global police, Interpol, the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police on Thursday intercepted 33 kg of 'smuggled' gold from Pinglasthan of Kathmandu after the valuables were being taken to the market following customs clearance at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
