Bhandari sworn in as President for second term by 'ousted-CJ'

KATHMANDU, March 14: Bidya Devi Bhandari has been sworn in as the President of Nepal for the second time on Wednesday.
'Ousted-Chief Justice' Gopal Parajuli administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected Bhandari at Sheetal Niwas.
