SUNSARI, Nov 11: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Federal Affairs and Local Development Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar today pledged to blacktop all roads of Sunsari district within the next five years. 

"I will work for development and good governance as the movements for a political change has completed," he said while talking to Rastriya Samachar Samiti in the district. 
DPM Gachchhadar, also NC leader, is running in the House of Representatives elections from Sunsari constituency 3. 

Meanwhile, scores of leaders and cadres of the Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal including Chairman of the RJPN-affiliated Kisan Sangh Surait Yadav defected to the Nepali Congress amid a function held in the district on Friday. RSS
