The Choice

                            
Like the turning of the pages 
I have turned myself from the darkness 
In the dim light of life 
I have read the book of my life 
I still live in the unexpected. 
I have led myself to the path astray
I have lost the ones whom I once knew 
Erasing the unheard melodies and 
Coloring the fragrance of life 
I choose to dance to the tune of life 
Like the blooming of the roses 
I choose to retain only the color of life.
