'Taste of Harmony' concert in Pokhara

'Harmony: The Modern Songstresses of Pokhara', an organization of female singers based in Pokhara, is going to organize a concert entitled 'Taste of Harmony: Taradevi and Aruna Lama in Melodies'.

The concert especially dedicated to two renowned female singers of Nepal, namely the late Tara Devi and Aruna Lama, will be held tomorrow at local Sabha Griha (City Hall), Pokhara. The organizers have said all preparations for the event have been completed. President of the organization, Itu Jojiju, said the concert is being organized for promoting and supporting the female singers.

Female singers Jojiju, Kaushalya Gurung, Sheetal Thapa, Mitu Pal Singh, Ajuda Thapa, Babi Sunar, Inisha Dura, Prapti Tulachan, among others will present songs on the occasion. The concert will also feature Darjeeling's female singer Dawa Gyalmo.
