Shree 3 added to Silence’s lineup

Nepali rock band, Shree 3 is going to perform in the eighth edition of Silence Festival scheduled on December 14, as announced on Silence Festival’s official Facebook page on Thursday.

This year the festival will take place at Tangalwood, Naxal. With sharing the news on Facebook, the festival management team wrote, “This line up keeps getting interesting. Now, we have Shree 3 from Kathmandu, Nepal. They are pretty renowned for their own unique blend of modern stoner, sludge and grunge elements in their sound. Come witness them and infect your wounds.”

Aside from Shree 3, it has been announced that American thrash metal band, Testament is also playing at Tangalwood as “a treat for this year’s Silence.” Other lineups include Nepali bands – Strangle and Binaash and other international bands like Burgerkill from Indonesia, Trainwreck from Bangladesh, Queso from the Philippines, Godless from India.

Shree 3 dropped their debut album, ‘Drabya Dharma’ on hardcopies and online music services in May. The band has Sarad Shrestha on vocals/guitars, Rozet Gurung on bass and Robin Neupane on drums.
