Salmon recipe

Ingredients

  1. butter
  2. white wine
  3. lemon
  4. garlic, chopped
  5. bunch fresh dill, stems trimmed
  6. Salmon
  7. toasted almonds

Steps

  1. Mix butter, white wine, lemon juice, and garlic together in a small bowl.
  2. Pour a small amount of the butter mixture into a baking pan until bottom is evenly coated; cover with a thin layer of dill. Place salmon, skin side down, into the baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining dill; pour remaining butter mixture over salmon. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle generously with almonds before serving.
